The month
The dates
The days of the week
Calendar events (like federal holidays, etc.)
Company events (like conferences, launches, etc.)
Top three platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
Post statuses (i.e. drafted, scheduled, or published)
Post engagement metrics (i.e. the week’s top-performing posts on each platform)
There is one tab per month with an additional tab at the front for your yearly marketing strategy. This is where you can plan out other marketing initiatives like collaborations, networking meetings, workshops, conferences, emails, and podcasts. (I also recommend including your vacations for the year so that you don’t schedule things for when you know you’ll be out of town.)
